Thanos (MCU) @MoNsTeR but thanos survived the destruction of the stones too and both in 2 days of time, and then also could overpower Captain Marvel so I think he can beat shimo on his own

This mutation does not include gourmand DNA. Either way, Upchuck's external durability isn't as impressive.
While Ghostfreak's powers may be theoretically possible, he has never used them as far as I know.
I don't think Chromastone should scale any higher than multi-continent, and even then it's not in sheer attack potency and requires energy absorbed from a specific star alignment.
Not sure Upgrade would be relevant, not sure he would scale to star level, and not sure whether Kevin ever actually learned to use his powers.
I feel like you've explained Four Arms scaling to star level before but I don't remember.
Heatblast's power is a good possibility, but that would require
1: His flames actually being as hot as a full Pyronite's, which, depending on how you interpret Osmosian absorption from UA, might not be true
2: Kevin being able to hit Mark,
3: and him being able to sustain that blast long enough to defeat him, since Mark fought Thragg on the surface of the sun and even inside it for an extremely long time.
