1. Considering how hot Pyronites are in nature, I still think it be enough for Kevin to affect Invincible.
2. Kevin has XLR8's speed and could move and react at MFTL
3. Mark lasted as long as he did against Thragg due to the power boost he gotten from Eve. It's unknown how long he would last without it while in the sun against Thragg.
