Cat's Eye (1985) was pretty scary. I wasn't even 10 years old at the time. I remember watching it with my father. Closed my eyes at some parts.

I watched Zombieland (2009) as a kid, and it gave me great fear of Zombies. So now almost every night, I fear that by next morning, there will be undead things everywhere. And then the next morning comes, and nothing changes. It makes me mad at myself.
