I believe that the book "Eragon" and its film adaptation are one of the worst adaptations of fantasy literature. Despite the potential of Alagaësia's rich world and compelling story, the film not only failed to capture the depth and richness of the book, but also caricatured many of the characters and storylines.

I think Lord of the Rings is my favourite book. But I don't really like fantasy, I'm more into historical books, and right now I don't have time to read something I really like because I study and need to read a lot for my courses. I also have a literature course, where I read a lot and write a lot. But there are so many useful resources online, and I can find something helpful online. But maybe next month will be easier, and I'll be able to read something I can choose myself.
