Aoi Muttonback's powers and abilities

Aoi is a mink from the One Piece universe. Because of that, she possesses the ability to generate electric currents from her body, called "Electro". Aoi's Electro is superior to another mink's, and she has a higher control over it, enabling her to utilize it to enhance her muscles, giving her inhuman speeds, and effectively turning her into a "supermink". Because she is a mink, she has animal-esque traits, particularly a sheep's appearance and abilities, like being smaller than average, having hooves instead of feet, and having enhanced perception. Aoi found and ate a devilfruit (strange fruits in the One Piece universe that give the eater special abilities) called the Gust-Gust fruit, a Logia-type fruit that allows her to control the wind around her and also to turn herself, partially or totally, into wind and fly freely. With those abilities, added to her intensive unarmed combat, agility and nimbleness, Aoi uses speed as the main source of her attacks, kicking with such force it can break through most barriers. She does not attack quickly and repeatedly, but instead she charges all her might into a single, ludicrous kick that can shoot people back and also destroy her opponent's defenses. That is his signature kick, called "Rage of the Dragon".
