Don Thousand's History

Don Thousand once resided in Astral World, but was exiled when the realm decided to abandon the power of Chaos.[2] In an attempt to claim the Numeron Code, Don Thousand battled Astral on a volatile Earth, who ended the battle when Astral performing a Shining Draw, which seemingly destroyed much of Astral World in the process.[3] This resulted in fragments of Astral's power being scattered across the Human World to mark the location of the Code. They manifested in the form of the first fifty "Numbers", among them the seven Mythyrian "Numbers"[4] and the four "Numeron Gate" monsters.[5]

During this battle, the Barian deity embedded in Astral a shard of his essence, which eventually became Number 96.[6] Don Thousand's soul became sealed beneath the sea of Barian World,[7] the dimension that formed when Chaos was cast out.[8] Seven Mythyrian "Numbers" attached themselves to legends on Earth and sealed Thousand's power.[4] Although sealed away, a weakened Thousand machinated history against each of these legendary heroes and sages, corrupting their original memories with his Over-Hundred Numbers into becoming the Seven Barian Emperors upon death.[2][9]

Don Thousand became known as an agent of a nation, and in the form of a shaman, he entered a neighboring nation state that was defended by Mizar and the dragon he had tamed. When great disaster struck (which Don Thousand was responsible for), he convinced the populace that the dragon was responsible. They proceeded to torment the dragon, with Mizar offering his own life in the hopes of convincing them the dragon was not responsible. The army of the Shaman's nation state attacked at that moment, killing both Mizar and the dragon with a hail of arrows. Without them, the army easily conquered Mizar's nation.[10] He eventually revealed himself as Don Thousand in disguise.[11]
