The Land of Couldn't-Be-Shouldn't-Be is a plane of non-existence outside of the Multiverse.It has sometimes been described as an "abyss" where nothing happens. It served as the base of operations for the character Glorian and his schemes.However, it is also described as the "mountaintop" where all is visible, and a plane of unchecked possibility.This is where the Queen of Nevers/Pilgrim can see all possible moments that could be from her home. It has been depicted as both an empty void and a desert-like landscape. As a place outside of existence, it remained even after the destruction of the Multiverse, though Glorian said it could have been destroyed too. Its first appearance is cited as Silver Surfer (Vol. 7) #3 from 2014, created by Dan Slott and Mike Allred.
